4 Places You Shouldn’t Touch During Sex

Great sex is all about spontaneity and exploration—assuming, of course, you have her consent—but there are a few parts of her body you shouldn’t touch willy-nilly. Here are four such spots you’re better off avoiding.

1. Her cervix.

If you reach her cervix during sex, recognize that something is wrong. Remember, this is the narrow canal that connects the vagina to the uterus—where babies grow. That isn’t a place you want to go, so don’t knock on the door. For starters, it’s painful for her to have something rammed against her cervix, and it could be a sign that you need to shift for a position with shallower penetration. But it could also mean that she isn’t warmed up enough. Women in our survey also said doggy’s not intimate enough. Even though rough sex can be awesome if you’re both into it, most women are looking for more of a connection during sex, Dr. Gottfried says. While you may have a blast admiring her assets when she’s on all fours, her view of the bed isn’t nearly as stimulating.

How to fix it: To prevent the bump and grind from getting painful, keep your thrusts short and shallow, rather than deep and fast. Shallow thrusts will stimulate the front third of her vagina, which is the most sensitive part, says Rebecca Rosenblat, a sex therapist and the author of Seducing Your Man.

रेप पर ये क्या बोल गए मुलायम

मुरादाबाद की रैली में सपा सुप्रीमो ने ऐसा बयान दे डाला है, जिसे पढ़कर आपके जेहन में उनकी तस्वीर बदल सकती है।

रैली में हजारों लोगों को संबोधित करते हुए मुलायम बोल पड़े कि रेप के लिए फांसी देना गलत है। उन्होंने बलात्कारियों का बचाव करने के लिए यहां तक कह दिया कि लड़कों से गलतियां हो जाती हैं।

गौरतलब है कि 16 दिसंबर 2012 को दिल्ली में हुए निर्भया रेप केस की पीड़िता मुलायम के ही प्रदेश की थी। मुलायम के निर्देश पर अखिलेश ने परिवार को मुआवजा दिया था और पिता को नौकरी का वादा।

रेप पर मुलायम सिंह ने यही विवादित बयान दिया है:

मुलायम ने रैली के दौरान कहा, ‘लड़कियां पहले दोस्ती करती हैं। लड़के-लड़की में मतभेद हो जाता है। मतभेद होने के बाद उसे रेप का नाम दे देती हैं। लड़कों से ग‌लतियां हो जाती हैं। क्या रेप केस में फांसी दी जाएगी?’

मुलायम ने कहा, ‘हमारी सरकार आएगी तो कानून बदलेंगे। ऐसे कानूनों को बदलने की कोशिश की जाएगी। दुरुपयोग करने पर सजा दी जाएगी और झूठ बोलने वालों को भी सजा मिलेगी। लड़कों से गलतियां हो जाती हैं। रेप के लिए फांसी दी जाएगी। बंबई में भी रेप के लिए फांसी दी गई है।’

अब ये बयान देकर मुलायम ने अपने लिए मुसीबत खड़ी कर दी है।

पहले भी दिया था एक बयान

बात ज्यादा पुरानी नहीं है। 2012 के विधानसभा के दौरान भी एक रैली में मुलायम सिंह यादव ने रेप पीड़िता को लेकर एक बयान दिया था, जिस पर वे हर तरफ से घिर गए थे।

सपा नेता देते रहे हैं बेतुके बयान

बात जनवरी 2013 की है। समाजवादी पार्टी के नेता अबु आजमी ने कह डाला कि फैशन और कम कपड़े पहनने से ही बलात्कार जैसी घटनाएं होती हैं।

इतना ही नहीं, अबु आजमी ने बगैर सिर ढके और स्कर्ट पहनकर निकलने वाली महिलाओं के लिए कानून बनाने की भी मांग कर डाली थी।

ऐसा ही एक बयान सपा के एक अन्य नेता ने भी दिया था। मुलायम के लोकसभा क्षेत्र में एक लड़की के बलात्कार के बाद उसे जलाने की घटना पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए एक सपा नेता ने कहा था कि इतने बड़े प्रदेश में रेप और हत्या की घटनाएं तो होंगी ही।

रेप पर मरहम लगाकर वोट बटोरने के चक्कर में सिद्धार्थनगर की एक रैली में उन्होंने बलात्कार पीडि़तों या उनके परिवार के किसी सदस्य को सरकारी नौकरी देने की बात कही थी।

बात ने तूल पकड़ा तो मुलायम भी पलट गए। बाद में उन्होंने कहा कि मैंने तो कहा था कि अगर मेरी पार्टी सत्ता में आती है तो बलात्कारियों के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

शारदाबेन बताती हैं, “देह व्यापार के धंधे में शामिल दलालों और कई ताक़तवर लोगों ने लगातार हमें जान की धमकी देते रहे। लेकिन मैंने वाडिया की औरतों को एक बेहतर ज़िंदगी देने की क़सम ली थी, वो ज़िंदगी जिसकी वो हक़दार थीं। यहाँ की औरतें बाहर की दुनिया तभी देख पाती हैं जब उनके ग्राहक उन्हें अपने साथ बाहर घुमाने ले जाते हैं।”

उन्होंने कहा, “इस गाँव में भारत की शायद सबसे जटिल, गंदी और अपवित्र पारिवारिक संरचना देखी जा सकती है। इस गाँव में कोई 50 दलाल होंगे जो लड़कियों के पैदा होते ही भेंड़ियों की तरह लार टपकाने लगते हैं। देश के दूसरे हिस्सों के विपरीत यहाँ लड़कियों के जन्म पर जश्न मनाया जाता है और बेटे के पैदा होने पर मातम।”

शारदाबेन पर कई हमले हुए लेकिन उन्होंने और उनके पति ने वाडिया गाँव में अपना काम जारी रखा। वे गाँव के परिवारों से लड़कियों को देह व्यापार के धंधे से बचाने अपील करते रहे। शारदाबेन कहती हैं, “हमारे पास ऐसी भी ख़बरें हैं कि वाडिया की लड़कियाँ मुंबई, अहमदाबाद और सूरत जैसे शहरों में बेची जाती रही हैं।”

सरकारी सहानुभूति

 

उन्होंने कहा, “हमने कई बार पुलिस को शिकायत दर्ज कराई कि पालनपुर के एक घर से इस गोरखधंधे को अंजाम दिया जाता है, यहाँ जवान लड़कियाँ रखी जाती हैं उन्हें देह व्यापार के धंधे में यहीं से धकेला जाता है।” पिछले नौ बरसों में मित्तल और उनकी टीम ने गाँव के 15 परिवारों को समझाने में कामयाब रहीं। मितल की टीम ने उनसे वादा लिया है कि वे अपनी बेटियों को सेक्स वर्कर नहीं बनने देंगी।

मित्तल कहती हैं, “हम उन्हें कहते हैं कि वे अपनी बेटियों की दलाली न करें लेकिन तब वे पूछते हैं कि वे गुजारे के लिए क्या करें, वाडिया के लोगों को कोई नौकरी नहीं देता है। इसलिए हमने उन लोगों की मदद करना शुरू किया है जिन्होंने अपना गराज, दुकान या ढाबा कुछ भी लेकिन अपना काम शुरू करने की क़सम ली है।”

मितल जानती हैं कि वाडिया के औरतों की क़िस्मत तब तक नहीं बदलेगी जब तक कि राज्य सरकार यहाँ के लोगों के लिए सहानुभूति न दिखाए। भाबाभाई भैहरा भाई वाडिया के बदलते हुए चेहरों में से एक हैं। उन्होंने क़सम ली कि वे अपनी पत्नी और बेटी को दलालों की चंगुल में फंसने की इजाज़त नहीं देंगे।

औरतों की डरावनी ज़िंदगी

 

वह कहते हैं, “बस एक मेरा भाई है जो अब भी अपनी बेटी की दलाली करता है, मेरे बाक़ी पाँचों भाई खेतों में मज़दूरी करते हैं और सिर उठाकर जीते हैं। हम लड़ते हुए मर जाएंगे लेकिन कभी भी अपनी औरतों को देह व्यापार के धंधे में जाने नहीं देंगे। हमने अपनी माँ को और उनकी माँ को बेहद डरावनी ज़िंदगी जीते हुए देखा है। हम अपनी बेटियों के साथ ऐसा नहीं होने देंगे।”

वाडिया से बीते कुछ वर्षों में कोई 20 परिवारों ने अपनी बेटियों को बचाने के लिए गाँव छोड़ दिया है। लेकिन आज वे पालनपुर की सड़क किनारे बनी झुग्गियों में रहने के लिए मजबूर हैं। पालनपुर हीरे के धनाढ्य कारोबारियों की वजह से जाना जाता है। ये परिवार यहाँ भीख माँग कर गुज़ारा करने के लिए मजबूर है।

हालांकि उन्होंने क़सम खाई है कि वे अगर भूख से मरने भी लगे तो भी अपनी बेटियों को इसे पेशे से नहीं जाने देंगे लेकिन इसके बावजूद समुदाय की औरतों पर ख़तरा बरक़रार है। वैसे यहाँ की आबोहवा में प्रेम कहानियाँ बॉलीवुड की ब्लॉकबस्टर फ़िल्मों की तर्ज़ पर मिल जाती हैं। कई ऐसे मर्द हैं जो वाडिया में सालों तक ग्राहक बनकर आते रहे और यौनकर्मियों के इश्क़ में पड़ गए।

प्राइमरी स्कूलों में उर्दू शिक्षकों के रिक्त डेढ़ हजार पदों के लिए शुक्रवार से ऑनलाइन आवेदन लिए जाएंगे।

अदीब, मौलवी, मुंशी व आलिम योग्यता वाले भी आवेदन कर सकेंगे। शुक्रवार से http://www.upbasiceduparishad.gov.in को खोला जाएगा।

आवेदन 15 मार्च तक किए जा सकेंगे। उर्दू शिक्षकों रिक्त 4280 पदों के लिए विज्ञापन निकालते हुए आवेदन मांगे गए थे, लेकिन सभी पद नहीं भर पाए थे।

सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद संजय सिन्हा ने फिर आवेदन का मौका दिया है।
